The CamView GN trays are made with a BPA-free material, both transparent and stain-resistant, capable of withstanding temperatures from -40˚ to 71˚C, and safely undergoing high-temperature cleaning in industrial dishwashers. Graduations allowing easy stock management. The uniform 1.27 cm rim ensures easy placement of the trays on preparation tables and buffets. Tests show that CamView GN trays (BPA-free) keep products at temperatures as low as stainless steel trays. The trays stack easily without jamming.
