Shun Left-Handed Damascus Kitchen Knife 20 cm

This SHUN kitchen knife is suitable for left-handers. The kitchen knife has a Japanese blade measuring 20 cm. It is entirely made of high-quality Japanese VG10 max steel. The 33 layers of Damascus steel with 1% carbon allow this professional knife to be very elegant but also ensure its stability and solidity. The blade of this SHUN knife is symmetrically ground. It is sharpened to 16° for a high-quality edge.

The food will be perfectly cut, without being damaged or crushed. Moreover, the food will not lose its taste and nutritional qualities at the time of cutting.

At the handle level, it is comfort assured. The handle measures 12.2 cm and is made of stabilized pakka wood, particularly ergonomic and water-resistant. The handle is of traditional Japanese chestnut shape, with an edge on the right side to allow the user a comfortable and firm grip at the time of cutting. The continuous tang guarantees the knife extreme stability and perfect balance.

This SHUN kitchen knife is NSF certified, making it suitable for use in a professional environment. For maintenance, be sure to wash it by hand and dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
