Ideal for catering professionals, this Gas Fryer in stainless steel with a capacity of 2 x 8L measures 700mm long, 650mm deep, and 280mm high. With an integrated drain tap and a thermal circuit breaker. Quick temperature rise thanks to 2 independent burners. Cold zone for food residue recovery, drain tap. Supplied with 2 baskets each capable of holding up to 900g of frozen fries. Each tank can cook up to 12kg of fries per hour.
