This professional gas griddle Krampouz has 2 independent heating zones, its chassis and cooking plate in stainless steel is food certified.  


Equipped with 2 adjustable thermostats, the thermostatic regulation up to 300°C allows precise temperature control. The griddle will also guarantee you 30% energy savings.


The cooking plate has 4 edges for greater comfort of use and the griddle is mounted on 4 feet, 2 of which are adjustable at the back. 

Its removable tray will allow you to simplify juice collection.

This board is 100% Stainless Steel.
