This professional convection oven with steam is ideal for catering professionals and bakeries as it allows perfect baking of pastries, bread, croissants, and other viennoiseries. This convection oven with steam has 4 levels of 600x400 mm.

Entirely made of stainless steel, it is equipped with 2 motors. The thermostat is adjustable from 0 to 300 °C and the timer is adjustable from 0 to 120 minutes. Featuring a double-glazed door and interior lighting.

The steam convection oven operates with fan rotation inversion and has a 3/4 water connection.

It is not assembled.

2 perforated trays and 2 solid trays included.
