9L Planetary Mixer

Ideal for catering professionals, this Planetary Mixer is suitable for intensive use in restaurants and canteens. The body is entirely made of resistant metal for easy cleaning and for the bowl to be raised and lowered. The safety stop is triggered if the bowl or the protective screen are not correctly in place. Comes with bowl, whisk, hook, and paddle. The bowl is dishwasher safe. Not suitable for bread and pizza dough. Be careful to respect the indicated capacities (10L: 2kg of flour / 3kg of dough). It has a speed of 108 - 195 - 355 rpm.
