This Professional Ham Slicer with Gears is very durable and ideal for slicing country ham or coppa. It features a blade with a diameter of 275 mm. Additionally, it has a clear space under the tray for maximum hygiene.

Its body in anodized aluminum and its non-stick stainless steel blade allow for intensive and professional use of the machine. This slicer has an adjustment that allows you to choose the cutting thickness up to 15 mm. The device operates by gear drive and is equipped with a hand guard to safely slice your food.
