The Professional Dishwasher is specially designed to meet the needs of demanding catering environments. This robust stainless steel model ensures durability and resistance, while offering exceptional cleaning performance thanks to its advanced features.

With a basket size of 50 x 50 cm, this dishwasher has a capacity of 12 pieces per cycle, making it ideal for high-volume services. It is equipped with three different baskets: a 64-tooth basket for plates, a flat basket for large items, and a specific basket for knives and forks, ensuring effective and safe cleaning of various utensils.

Thanks to the combined power of the wash pump motor and the boiler, as well as the adequate capacity of the water tank, this dishwasher offers fast wash cycles of 90, 120 to 180 seconds, allowing for a quick and economical flow, with water consumption limited to only 3 L per cycle. The washing and rinsing temperatures are respectively maintained between 60℃ and 65℃, and 82℃ to 90℃, thus ensuring impeccable disinfection and cleanliness of the dishes.

In addition to its superior cleaning capabilities, this dishwasher is also equipped with an integrated rinse aid and detergent dispenser, which ensures precise use of cleaning products, saving time and reducing waste. The presence of a drain pump facilitates water removal, making this model adaptable to various plumbing installations.

Installation and maintenance are simplified thanks to features such as the 3/4 inch inlet hose and a 32 mm outlet hose, a tolerable inlet water hardness of 5-7°DH, and an IPX3 splash protection level, which contributes to the longevity of the appliance. The noise level of 70 dB ensures relatively quiet operation for a more pleasant working environment.
