Ideal for catering professionals, this Refrigerated Ingredient Display Case can hold up to 10 GN 1/4 trays of maximum 100 mm depth (GN containers are sold separately). It allows you to store fresh ingredients, ready to be used and easily accessible. Its glass breath guard ensures maximum hygiene.

Perfectly suited for salad bars or delicatessens, this ingredient display case is designed for daily commercial use. Made with strong high-quality materials, it is both sturdy and reliable. It performs excellently in ambient temperatures up to 32°C.

To prevent any damage during transport, the glass is packed separately flat. Assembling the glass on the refrigerated part is simple by following the user manual instructions. Very flexible, it will not lose performance without the glass part. It can be placed on a wall shelf if necessary. It is not recommended to mount it directly on the wall to allow optimal ventilation of the unit without obstruction.
