The Polar G-Series refrigerated ingredient display case is innovative and versatile. With glass edges, it can hold up to 4 GN trays (9x GN 1/3) with a maximum depth of 100 mm. It is designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. Robust, it performs excellently in ambient temperatures up to 32°C.

To prevent damage during transport, the hygienic glass protection is not attached to the refrigerated unit upon delivery. Some assembly is required before use.

The display case is designed to accommodate 9 x GN 1/3 pans. While different combinations are compatible, this configuration will ensure optimal operation of the appliance. The unit can be used without the glass surround. The height of the unit without the hygienic glass protection is 225 mm.
