Piastra a Induzione a 4 Fuochi con Base - 17000 W

Ideale per i professionisti della ristorazione, questa Piastra a Induzione a 4 Fuochi con Base vi permette di avere a portata di mano un attrezzatura di cottura potente. È dotata di due piastre a induzione da 5000 W ciascuna e di due piastre da 3500 W. Ognuna di esse ha un pulsante di controllo regolabile su 11 livelli di potenza.

Realizzata in acciaio inossidabile con telaio rinforzato, è allo stesso tempo solida e resistente. Questa piastra a induzione professionale è dotata di due piani cottura separati in vetro temperato spesso 5 mm e le cui misure sono 320 x 560 mm. Inoltre, il carico massimo delle piastre è di 100 Kg. Inoltre, questa cucina è perfettamente adatta per pentole con un diametro di fondo compreso tra 160 e 260 mm.

Inoltre, questa piastra a induzione professionale include piedi la cui altezza è regolabile di +/- 30 mm. Ciò vi consente di posizionare l'apparecchio all'altezza desiderata. Infine, è dotata di un ampio sottobase per riporre padelle, pentole e altri accessori.
