Dotata di un rivestimento antiaderente di alta qualità, è ideale per cuocere a fuoco lento e riscaldare. Caratteristiche aggiuntive includono un rivestimento in resina epossidica resistente, manico in acciaio inossidabile e adatta alla cottura a induzione. Per conservare tutte le sue proprietà, non riscaldare oltre i 250°C.
