Ideale per i professionisti della cucina, questa padella in ghisa di forma rotonda è perfetta per un uso intensivo. Ha un diametro di 203mm e una capacità di 780ml. È molto resistente e non è adatta per il lavaggio in lavastoviglie.

Attenzione: per evitare che il prodotto arrugginisca, è indispensabile fare un "culottage" (spalmare completamente il prodotto con un pennello e metterlo in forno per 1 ora a 200°C).
